Fenway Capital Partners has held a $100 million final close for Fenway Capital Partners Real Estate Fund, reaching its equity fundraising target, according to IREI’s FundTracker database.
Fenway Capital Partners Real Estate Fund opened in 2015 and is the firm’s first commingled fund. It will begin to invest in all major property types throughout the United States with core-plus and value-add investment strategies.
The firm is currently exploring a number of projects in Massachusetts and Florida, in cities such as Boston and Daytona Beach, Fla., according to its website. Fenway Capital’s objective is to earn a 10 percent to 17 percent average annual return on its investment activities, according to its website.
