Fawkner Property acquires Erina Fair in $610m deal

Fawkner Property has finalized the A$895 million ($610 million) acquisition of Erina Fair, a large shopping center in the suburb of Erina on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. The acquisition is the largest 100 percent transaction of an Australian shopping center to date, according to the CBRE release.

The New South Wales Central Coast transaction was negotiated by CBRE’s Simon Rooney, together with co-agents Nick Willis and Sam Hatcher of JLL, on behalf of Lendlease’s APPF Retail and its co-owner.

The acquisition brings Fawkner Property’s total retail purchases to A$3.5 billion (about $2.3 billion) since 2021.
