Faris Mansour has joined Westcore. Westcore created his position of managing director, head of portfolio management, as it anticipates continued platform growth.
Mansour will lead Westcore’s efforts to create and launch scaled investment vehicles on behalf of Westcore’s investment partners as the firm seeks to expand its industrial portfolio.
Over his career, Mansour has participated in nearly $17 billion in real estate and infrastructure transactions. Most recently, he served as managing director, head of business development, covering the Americas, Europe and the Middle East for PGIM Real Estate, where he managed capital raising teams across three continents.
Prior to his role at PGIM, he led investment, product development, marketing activities and other crucial functions for several firms focused on commercial real estate investment nationally and globally, including Mubadala Pramerica Real Estate Investors and Macquarie Capital Advisors.
