Farallon Capital Management has raised $340 million for its new fund, Farallon Real Estate Partners II.
The opportunistic fund will invest in office, retail, industrial and multifamily properties. The equity fundraising target of the fund is unknown.
Farallon Real Estate Partners I held a final close of $375 million in 2014, according to IREI’s FundTracker database. The fund was targeting between $350 million and $400 million.
