Fairview Partners Investment Management closes fifth investment fund

Fairview Partners Investment Management has completed a final closing of its Fairview Investment Fund V with $82 million in capital commitments.

Fairview grew its capital base for Fund V in part by strengthening its relationships with independent RIAs. The fund is now fully invested in a nationwide portfolio of senior-secured real estate debt.

Fairview invests opportunistically in real estate credit, buying and originating high-yield loans. According to Carson Rasmussen, founding principal of Fairview, the firm’s mix of acquisitions vs. originations will vary throughout the economic cycle, but has a steady focus on limited downside and expansive upside.
