Fairfield announced the completion of West Village Poway Apartments in Poway, Calif., the first new rental housing to arrive in the city after several decades with no notable new multifamily development.
In addition to a suite of amenities, this mixed-use community offers 212 studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes and just over 10,000 square feet of neighborhood-serving restaurant and retail space anchored by a public plaza. The development implements the vision for the Town Center District created by the Poway Road Corridor Specific Plan and brings much-needed new rental housing to the city.
“This community is designed to offer its residents many on-site amenities that complement the smart design of the apartment homes and its location within close proximity to a multitude of services and recreational opportunities,” said Brendan Hayes, senior vice president of development at Fairfield. A public ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held on May 1 where
