Extell Development has plans to sell a 600-unit apartment building in Manhattan for $775 million, according to media outlets.
Newmark Knight Frank will market the property.
The apartment building at 555 10th Ave. features 600 units and was completed two years ago. The 56-story building spans 476,000 square feet of residential space and 6,000 square feet of retail space. Amenities include two pools — one on the roof and an indoor saltwater pool — a bowling alley, arcade, on-site pet care and an outdoor dog park.
