Exeter Property Group has held a €750 million ($878.6 million) final close for Exeter Europe Value Venture III, according to IREI’s FundTracker database. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
Exeter Property Group is a real estate investment manager focused on industrial properties and portfolios across North America and Europe. The firm acquires, develops and manages big box warehouse, multi-tenant logistics, and select suburban and urban office and multifamily properties through its funds.
Throughout fundraising, Exeter Europe Value Venture III received capital from multiple investors, including $50 million from the San Francisco City & County Employees’ Retirement System and $75 million from the New Mexico State Investment Council.
