Exeter Property Group has launched a new European industrial core fund, according to a Form D filed with the SEC on Tuesday.
The Exeter Europe Industrial Core Fund S.C.Sp. has already raised $220 million, with backing from one investor, according to the document.
The investment vehicle, a Luxembourg Special Limited Partnership SCSp, will invest in core industrial assets in Europe.
The fund’s launch comes on the heels of Exeter’s recent closing of its Exeter Core Industrial Club Fund III, which targets logistics and industrial properties throughout the United States. The fund raised $1.3 billion in capital commitments, reaching its fundraising target.
As of December 2018, Exeter had $12.4 billion in assets under management.
