SCP Real Estate Opportunities Fund I, managed by Stockdale Capital Partners, has completed its final round of fundraising, collecting $550 million in capital commitments, a spokesperson for the fund told IREI.
The fundraising target was $300 million.
The investments consisted of $330 million in primary commitments and $220 million in co-investments. Investors included a mixture of public and private pension plans, endowments, foundations, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and some international backers.
The spokesperson said the fund’s strategy focuses on the Southwest value-add and opportunistic market in the United States. It does not focus on one particular property type and is flexible across asset classes.
