Ex-Blackstone leader joins Worthe Real Estate Group as CIO

Worthe Real Estate Group has appointed Chris Graham as CIO.

In the newly created role, Graham’s first priority will be to launch the company’s inaugural fund to opportunistically invest alongside Worthe Real Estate Group to acquire, reposition and redevelop institutional quality and well-located West Coast commercial real estate.  “Attracting an industry leader with the background and expertise Chris brings is a crucial step as we look to launch our inaugural fund and expand our portfolio,” said Jeff Worthe, president of Worthe Real Estate Group. “With our combined networks and experience, this fund raise will represent a unique opportunity for investors interested in the highest quality real estate assets.”

Graham brings nearly 30 years of experience in real estate investment and management to his new role. He previously served as managing director at Blackstone’s real estate group, where he oversaw the West Coast office for eight years.
