Europa Capital makes third logistics purchase in the Netherlands

Europa Capital has made its third logistics acquisition in the Netherlands in the last 12 months, with the purchase of a prime logistics warehouse near Eindhoven Airport from a private seller.

The 12,145-square-meter (130,727-square-foot) property is set on a business park and is fully let to five tenants.

Like its other purchases, the asset was acquired on behalf of Europa’s core diversified income strategy, seeded with capital from Europa Capital’s principal shareholder, Mitsubishi Estate, with a combined value of more than €200 million ($220 million).

The portfolio has grown to five assets across France, Germany and the Netherlands, generating a total income of more than €10 million ($11 million).
