Europa Capital has closed two funds at the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2022

The Europa Value Add Fund VI closed in December 2021 with €595.6 million ($666 million) of equity commitments, despite the global pandemic and COVID-related restrictions for the last 18 months of fundraising, said Wendy Phillips, managing director and head of investor relations at Europa Capital, in an email.

Europa Value Add Fund VI primarily targets investments in the industrial, office and residential sectors in France, Germany and the United Kingdom. The fund is already more than 70 percent invested in a number of high-quality value-add projects and assets that are well positioned to benefit from prevailing societal changes, and the fund has a strong pipeline of further opportunities emerging from the post-pandemic recovery.
