Europa Capital, in partnership with ARC Real Estate Partners, has launched a Dutch Distribution Platform (DDP), the third in the series of its country-specific European industrial and logistics investment platforms.
The DDP is targeting a gross-asset value of €150 million ($174 million). Like two previous industrial and logistics platforms that were focused on the United Kingdom and Germany, the newest platform was launched for Europa Capital’s latest value-add fund, Europa Fund VI. With nearly €600 million ($699 million) of capital commitments against a target of €850 million ($990 million), Fund VI is mainly focused on the light-industrial, logistics and living sectors.
