Europa Capital appoints Rachel Hanke as managing director, portfolio manager

Europa Capital, a pan-European real estate investment manager, has appointed Rachel Hanke as managing director, portfolio manager.

Hanke brings nearly 20 years of portfolio and asset management experience, having worked in several roles across the real estate sector. Hanke will be responsible for recommending and implementing investment and asset management strategies for Europa Capital’s value-add funds series.

Hanke has spent the last two years managing private residential investments, alongside advising real estate private equity funds on product development and strategic growth plans. Prior to this, Hanke was a director at FREO Group, where she was responsible for group-wide portfolio management initiatives, strategic capital market expansion and product development for various strategies.

Before joining FREO Group, Hanke was an investment director at Revetas Capital and spent almost eight years at AIG Global Real Estate.
