Eureka Funds Management has acquired the Red Cross House in Sydney for A$140 million ($108.2 million) from St. Hilliers. The 11-story office building was purchased on behalf of Union Investment.
The building, situated on less than half an acre, is approximately 129,000 square feet.
St. Hilliers purchased the building in 2011 from the Switzerland Red Cross for A$44.6 million ($33.2 million). The building was renovated in 1994 and is home to Cox Architecture, Havas and Cross Eatery.
