Eurazeo CEO steps down, new executive board appointed

Virginie Morgon, CEO of Eurazeo, has decided to step down from her leadership post and as a member of the executive board after 14 years.

The decision comes in concurrence with the firm’s appointment of a new executive board, consisting of Christophe Bavière and William Kadouch-Chassaing, who will serve as chairmen, and Sophie Flak and Olivier Millet.

The board is seeking to instill a new dynamic to accelerate the development of Eurazeo's activities and to deploy a high-performance strategy creating value for the benefit of all its stakeholders.
