ESR to develop fourth data center site in Japan

ESR Group has plans to develop its fourth data center site in Japan, a 60 megawatt project in Ariake, Koto-Ku, Central Tokyo.

This is in addition to developing three other data center sites in Japan – the 130-megawatt Cosmosquare Data Center campus in Osaka, 100 megawatt Keihanna Data Centre campus in Kyoto, and 30 megawatt Higashi Kurume Data Center in Tokyo.

Construction of the new Ariake data center will commence in second quarter 2026 and is expected to be ready for service in fourth quarter 2028.
