ESR Group has plans to build three high-standard logistics projects in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, China, through a REIT on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, according to a filing to the Hong Kong bourse on Friday.
The company submitted the application for registration and listing on December 1, 2023, following previous announcements about the proposed transaction. Notably, ESR Group has received approval from the Shanghai Stock Exchange to proceed with the spin-off and has obtained a waiver from strict compliance with certain requirements under Practice Note 15 (PN15).
