ESR Group has begun construction of ESR Noda II, a prime logistics development strategically located in Chiba Prefecture’s Noda City, Japan.
Scheduled to be completed in August 2023, the ESR Noda II is a four-story multi-tenant facility with a total of 45,600 square meters (4.236 square feet). Located just  four kilometers  from the fully stabilized ESR Noda distribution center I (Noda l), ESR Noda II is located just along National Route 16, which circles the Tokyo metropolitan area and can serve delivery routes from Chiba to Kanagawa. ESR Noda II is also well connected to National Route 4, with access to  the Kanto plain and northern Japan.
