ESR has appointed Reini Otter as CEO of its Australia and New Zealand business.
Based in Sydney, Otter will lead ESR’s business in Australia and New Zealand and oversee its next phase of growth across the region. He will focus on strengthening relationships with customers and capital partners, accelerating the delivery of ESR’s fund management and development platform in logistics real estate and data centers, and supporting long-term value creation in one of the company’s most strategically important markets.
The appointment reflects ESR’s continued effort to strengthen its leadership as it builds on its market position and expands its platform to meet growing customer and investor demand.
Otter has more than 25 years of experience in industrial and commercial property development across Australia and Europe. He joins ESR from Frasers Property Group, where he held several senior leadership positions, most recently serving as CEO of Frasers Property Indu
