ERES Capital, the full-service investment and development division of ERES Companies, announced the launch of a programmatic investment platform. The platform will offer investment opportunities focused on the development and acquisition of hospitality and multifamily assets in high-growth markets.
“The GP programmatic vehicle will allow investors to realize the economics of a general partner and participate in the full pipeline the company has to offer, while the LP investments will allow for a well-balanced passive return,” said Mike Elliott, CEO at ERES Capital.
