Equus Investment Partnership XII approaches $500m fundraising target

Equus Investment Partnership XII, a closed-end fund managed by Equus Capital Partners, is moving closer to its fundraising target.

According to a filing with the SEC, the vehicle has captured more than $465 million toward its $500 million goal.

The value-added fund, which opened in April 2021, will target diversified property types such as industrial, multifamily and office properties in the United States, with a focus on coastal and Sun Belt markets.
