Equus Capital Partners announces strategic leadership changes

Equus Capital Partners has announced several senior leadership transitions as part of a multi-year succession plan for the firm.

Stephen Spaeder has been named president and CEO, responsible for overall firm direction and investment performance. In addition, George Haines has been named executive vice president and COO, Kyle Turner has been named executive vice president and CIO, and Howard Patent has been named CFO.

As part of the transition, Daniel DiLella, longtime president and CEO, has been named chairman of the board. Arthur Pasquarella, former COO, has been named vice chairman of the board, and Robert Maloney, former senior vice president and CFO, has been named secretary and treasurer of the board. All three remain active partners and shareholders at the firm and will continue to provide strategic direction.
