EQT Exeter launches core-plus and value-add funds in the U.S. and Europe

by Kali Persall

EQT Exeter has brought two new funds to market in Europe and the United States.

The EQT Exeter Europe Logistics Core-Plus Fund II will invest in logistics assets in Europe. The core-plus vehicle will target Europe’s top industrial markets, with a focus on high-quality assets with high occupancy levels.

The EQT Exeter Multifamily Value-Add Fund II will invest in multifamily properties in the United States. The value-add fund will target top U.S. markets with a focus on the educational, technology and medical submarkets.

IREI understands no hard cap has been disclosed for the funds and no capital has been raised to date. EQT Exeter’s investor base typically consists of larger institutional investors, such as public and corporate pensions, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and foundations.

The firm declined to comment on its fundraising activity.
