EQT Exeter has opened to investors a new investment vehicle, known as the EQT Exeter China Logistics Fund, according to industry sources.
The fundraising target is believed to be $200 million.
EQT Exeter is a real estate investment management firm specializing in the acquisition, development, leasing and management of industrial, office and related business park properties through an array of value-add and core return private equity investment vehicles.
EQT Exeter China Logistics Fund has a value-add strategy and is EQT Exeter’s first Asia-focused fund.
The firm declined to comment on its fundraising activity.
