EPISO IV makes second investment in the Netherlands

European Property Investors Special Opportunities IV, a value-added/opportunistic fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, has acquired a portfolio of 15 shopping centers and stores in the Netherlands for €272 million ($296 million).

The seller was Delta Lloyd Insurance Group. Sectie5 Investments has co-invested alongside EPISO 4 and will act as a local operating partner to advise the joint venture in asset management and other repositioning initiatives.

It is the second investment in the Netherlands made by the fund in past six months. In September, the fund acquired a Dutch real estate portfolio from international insurance group Generali for approximately €212 million ($238 million).
