Empira Group has launched a forward-looking investment opportunity for institutional investors in Germany.
Die Welle Köln (DWK) is a neighborhood development project in Cologne’s Marienburg district. It will create a modern residential and commercial district, with a planned gross floor area of 84,503 square meters (909,583 square feet), located on a 50,227-square-meter (540,639-square-foot) site.
With a total of 752 residential units, Empira Group said this project offers institutional investors an opportunity to invest in sustainable real estate development while also addressing the urgent need for housing in the city of Cologne.
Upon completion, the DWK development will meet the “DGNB Platinum” and QNG quality seals — the highest possible ratings in Germany for sustainable and socially responsible buildings.
