Embarcadero Capital Partners has held a $140 million final close for Embarcadero Capital Investors Five, according to IREI’s FundTracker database.
The value-added, opportunistic real estate fund will invest in office properties. The firm mainly targets West Coast markets with a focus on the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles and Seattle.
The fund received commitments from multiple investors, one being $7.5 million from the University of Houston System.
Embarcadero Capital Partners is a private real estate investment, management and development firm based on the San Francisco Peninsula. The firm has a current portfolio that is comprised of 3.4 million square feet in 37 buildings.
