Miami-based Eightfold Real Estate Capital has raised more than $342 million for its latest investment fund, Eightfold Real Estate Capital Fund V, according to a filing with the SEC.
Eightfold Real Estate Capital focuses on investments in high-yield commercial real estate debt and securities, including new issue and secondary CMBS investing, and provides strategic advisory. Eightfold manages real estate–related assets on behalf of institutional investors and high-net-worth families and individuals.
