Edmond de Rothschild REIM acquires light-industrial asset in the Netherlands

Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management, on behalf of the Edmond de Rothschild Euro Industrial Real Estate Fund, has acquired a light-industrial/logistics asset in a sale-lease back transaction with Meubitrend.

The asset is located at Grevelingenmeer 9 in Oss, Netherlands, within the De Geer Business Park, a multi-modal logistics hotspot close to the A50 and A59 motorway with connections to Eindhoven, Den Bosch and Nijmegen. Meubitrend, which will lease back the entire property, is a producer and distributor of high-quality furniture. The light-industrial and logistics complex comprises three separate units standing on a 35,000 square meter (376,740-square-foot) site. It provides 20,600 square meters (221,740 square feet) of leasable area, of which 17,250 square meters (185,680 square feet) are warehouse space and 3,350 square meters (36,060 square feet) are showroom and office space.
