Edgar Alvarado named senior advisor to Sundial Park Group

Sundial Park Group has announced Edgar Alvarado, former group head of Allstate’s Real Estate Equity Investments and head of EA Advisory, has joined the firm as a senior advisor.

In this role, Alvarado will provide strategic guidance and institutional investor expertise to Sundial Park.

In addition to EA Advisory, Alvarado has board experience with organizations such as Westbrook Partners, Starwood Capital, Landmark Partners, Beacon Capital and CBRE Global Investors.

He currently serves on the board of trustees of the South Barrington Police Pension Trust. In addition, he has chaired the Pension Real Estate Association’s Institutional Investor Council; served on the board of advisers of the University of Wisconsin-Graaskamp Center for Real Estate, the editorial board of The Institutional Real Estate Letter, and is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
