Rob Walters has joined Eastdil Secured as managing director.
Walters will be based in the Washington, D.C., office and will lead the firm’s data center and digital infrastructure business, focused on sales, leasing, joint ventures and financing.
Walters brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience and deep expertise in the digital infrastructure and data center space. He joins Eastdil Secured from Avison Young, where he served as principal and led the firm’s data center practice in both investment sales and leasing.
