Dynamic Star proposes $3.5b Bronx mixed-use project

by Andrea Zander

Dynamic Star has proposed building a $3.5 billion mixed-use project along the waterfront in the Bronx, N.Y., reported local media outlets.

The Greenwich, Conn., company plans on developing the 5 million-square-foot project, known as Fordham Landing, between the Harlem River and the Major Deegan Expressway. It features an e-sports stadium, a 700,000-square-foot Life Science Center and approximately 2,800 residential units. There also would be retail space, a hotel, conference center and community spaces.

The project is under review with the Department of City Planning.

Dynamic Star acquired the site at 320 West Fordham Road in April for $32 million from the Lasala family.
