DWS U.K. CEO leaves to launch Aboria Capital

Jessica Hardman is leaving her position as CEO of DWS U.K. to launch Aboria Capital, in a partnership with Downing. Aboria Capital will be a real estate investment management business, reported Sorin-Andrei Dojan for InvestmentWeek.

Hardman had been the head of DWS U.K. and CEO of DWS Investments U.K. since June 2023. She joined the firm in October 2017 and was most recently head of European portfolio management & U.K. real estate group.

Hardman spent the bulk of her career at Deutsche Bank and DWS, where she worked from 2004 in multiple positions, including as head of U.K. real estate transactions.
