DWS Real Estate strengthens presence in the Central Business District of Paris by acquiring a core office building

DWS, an asset manager in Europe with global reach, announced the completion of the acquisition of a Parisian core property on behalf of one of its institutional real estate funds. Financial details were not disclosed.

The property, located at 39 Rue Colisée in Paris, benefits from a prestigious address in the heart of the 8th arrondissement, close to the Champs-Élysées.  It is primarily used for office and retail purposes and comprises approximately 6,100 square meters (657,000 square feet) of space across eight floors. The building has undergone a complete refurbishment and now offers high-quality facilities, in line with the highest environmental sustainability standards under the European taxonomy. The building is fully let to a prime tenant under a long-term lease.
