DWS has appointed Lucy Williams as head of client coverage for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) real estate, strengthening the firm’s global Real Estate platform and further advancing its client engagement and capital-raising strategy across the region.
Williams joins as a managing director based in London, bringing more than two decades of experience in real estate distribution, capital raising, investor relations, and business development across U.K., European and global institutional markets, including significant experience in the living sector. In her new role, Williams will oversee client-coverage activity and capital formation for DWS’s real estate-equity and debt strategies across EMEA, as well as lead European real estate investor-relations efforts.
