European pension fund partners with Thor Equities for U.S. logistics mandate

Denmark-based pension fund PFA has plans to make its first deal for its U.S. logistics mandate, a Brooklyn development. PFA’s investment is made in collaboration with Thor Equities.

It will be rented out on a 15-year agreement to Amazon. Construction of the Brooklyn property began in the first quarter of this year, and is expected to be completed in the spring of 2022.
