Equity Residential is in contract to sell an Upper West Side apartment building in New York City to a joint venture of the Dermot Co. and Stichting Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn (PGGM), the second-largest Dutch pension fund, for more than $400 million, according to The Real Deal.

The apartment building totals 503 units and is located at 101 West End Avenue.

The sale is expected to close later this quarter.

Equity Residential purchased the 630,000-square-foot building in the Lincoln Square neighborhood in 2013.
