Driftwood Capital unifies credit and equity under co-CIO leadership to broaden its investment platform

Driftwood Capital, a vertically integrated hospitality real estate investment firm, named David Resnick partner and co-CIO and elevated David Steiner, co-founder of the firm's credit platform, to co-CIO alongside him. Andrew Dykeman joins as senior vice president of equity investments. The appointments unify the firm's equity and credit investing under a single leadership team, positioning Driftwood to pursue larger and more complex executions across lifestyle and luxury hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale development.
