Drawbridge Realty announced a series of changes in its executive suite as part of its succession plan.
Most notably, Charlie McEachron, formerly COO, has been named CEO, succeeding co-founder, Mark Whiting, who takes on a newly created role as executive chairman.
Whiting has been the firm’s CEO since it was founded in 1999.
McEachron said: “Mark leaves the role of CEO with Drawbridge on solid footing. I look forward to continuing to partner with him in his role as executive chairman, as well as leading the rest of the very talented Drawbridge team.”
In addition to McEachron’s appointment, Drawbridge also announced that vice president and controller Lily Chae has been promoted to the post of CFO. Chae succeeds Jim Overell, who has retired. Overell held the position of CFO since 2011.
