DRA Growth & Income Fund X doubles up on capital, raises $1.2b

New York–based DRA Advisors has doubled the amount of capital raised for its 10th growth and income fund.

The fund has received $1.2 billion in commitments from 53 investors, according to a recent SEC Form D filing. In August, DRA had reported funds raised of $472.5 million from 17 investors.

Launched in May, the DRA Growth & Income Fund X will invest in a diversified portfolio of office, industrial, multifamily and retail properties in primary and secondary markets throughout the United States. It is seeking $1.9 billion in capital commitments.

In September, two pension funds from the city of San Jose, Calif., committed $28 million in capital to DRA’s fund. The Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System also committed $100 million to the fund
