Douglas Doughty has joined Bain Capital Real Estate as its managing director.
He most recently served as managing director and head of strategy and special situations in Fortress Investment Group’s global real estate investment team, where his responsibilities included the creation of new product lines and the identification and management of bespoke investments, including co-investments, club deals, and separately managed accounts. Previously, he was global head of business and client strategy at JPMorgan Asset Management’s global real assets group.
