DoubleTree by Hilton Tampa Rocky Point Waterfront was sold to BlackPearl Hospitality for $76 million.
Walker & Dunlop facilitated the off-market sale and financing of the 291-key full-service DoubleTree by Hilton Tampa Rocky Point Waterfront
