Donahue Schriber Realty Group recently closed on two grocery anchored retail shopping centers totaling nearly $132 million, expanding its presence in the San Francisco Bay Area.
The first acquisition, Lakeshore Plaza in San Francisco, is anchored by Lucky, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, and Big 5 Sporting Goods. This 172,364-square-foot center, built in 1993, serves the Sunset District in addition to West Portal and Saint Francis Wood. Lakeshore Plaza represents Donahue Schriber’s second acquisition in the city of San Francisco in the last two years.
Donahue Schriber also acquired Antioch Crossings, a 126,309-square-foot neighborhood center located in Antioch, Calif. The Safeway-anchored center is located at the southeast corner of Hillcrest Avenue and Deer Valley Road.
