Dominion Realty Partners plans $300m mixed-use development in Raleigh

by Andrea Zander

Dominion Realty Partners has plans to buy 4.9 acres from the North Carolina Association of Educators for the development of its $300 million Salisbury Square project in downtown Raleigh, N.C., reported Triangle Business Journal.

The planned mixed-use property consists of two 20-story towers (a mixed-use tower and a 270-unit luxury multifamily tower); a six-story, 150-room hotel; and a four-story building for workforce housing with attached parking structure. The mixed-use tower will feature 242 upscale apartment units with 175,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space.

Plans will be submitted to city officials for approval.
