Dome Equities has raised $67.5 million for its newest fund, Dome U.S. Multifamily Fund II, according to a filing with the SEC.
The fund is seeking to raise $125 million to invest in value-added multifamily assets in the United States.
According to its website, Dome “acquires middle-market multifamily apartment properties below their replacement cost, seeks to implement best-in-class management practices and invests strategic capital to improve property operations.”
Dome Equities was formed in 2011 by the management team of NDC Capital Partners.
