DFI, Evervest launch €500m Danish single-family rental platform backed by Grosvenor

A joint venture between DFI, an independent pan-European private equity real estate platform, and Evervest, a Danish investment firm, has launched komvi, a new single-family rental (SFR) platform in Denmark. The platform is targeting €500 million ($582 million) in assets under management and has secured a cornerstone investment from Grosvenor’s Diversified Property Investments business (DPI), which represents Grosvenor’s first investment in Denmark.

The joint venture aims to tap into the growing Danish SFR market and capitalize on the continued expansion and sophistication of the Danish rental market, which is driving demand for high quality, purpose-built and institutionally managed SFR homes.
