DFI, a pan-European private equity real estate platform, in joint venture with ARGO Real Estate, a U.K.-based real estate operating partner and investment manager, have rebranded their U.K. urban logistics and industrial platform as Intown Logistics.
The platform, established in 2023, comprises approximately 1 million square feet of space across 11 assets located in prime, urban logistics and industrial hubs including London, the South East and Manchester (Trafford Park). The portfolio is leased to 50-plus diverse occupiers including blue-chip tenants such as Amazon, Royal Mail and Greencore.
Intown is focused on repositioning the assets through accretive capex investment, refurbishing whilst tenants remain in situ, to create best in class sustainable properties, in turn enabling it to trap significantly higher reversions from its quality tenant base.
