The first phase of residential housing in The District Detroit is to include 686 units total and 139 affordable units across six developments. The plan includes the redevelopment of four existing buildings — The Alhambra, The American, The Eddystone and 150 Bagley — as well as the construction of two new buildings.

The new residential developments in The District Detroit will offer a variety of amenities such as historic building living, in-unit laundry and a tenant notificatio
